Sign Frame Products FAQ's

  1. Where can I buy a sign frame? Signicade, Signicade Deluxe, Simpo Sign, Wind Sign...Our sign frame products are available to purchase at Sign Shops. Use our Sign Shop Locator to find a Sign Shop near you.
  2. Can I have a sign made to go with my sign stand? Plasticade does not print signs to go with our sign stands. Visit a local Sign Shop to have a sign made. Use our Sign Shop Locator to find a Sign Shop near you.
  3. How do I open my a-frame sign stand? The hinges on our a-frames are designed to be tight, there may be resistance when opening for the first time. Pull the two sides apart until the hinge clicks, the hinges will not break. View Our How To Video.

  4. Where do I find the prices of your products? Can I buy from you directly? As a manufacturer, we distribute our products exclusively through wholesale suppliers and do not sell directly to consumers or Sign Shops.

  7. Can your sign frame products be recycled? Our plastic sign frame products can be recycled.
  8. Are your sign frame products considered single use plastic? How long will they last? Our plastic products are multi-use, manufactured for durability and a long lifespan, thus reducing, if not eliminating the need for replacement.

  1. Who left Plasticade products (cones, barrels, barricades) in front of my house and how can I get them removed? Contact your local municipality and ask them to find the owner and have the products removed.
  2. Where do I find the prices of your products? Can I buy from you directly? As a manufacturer, we distribute our products exclusively through wholesale suppliers and do not sell directly to consumers. For assistance in locating a distributor in your area please fill out this Contact Form.

  4. Can your traffic products be recycled? Plastic traffic safety products without retroreflective sheeting applied can be recycled.

    Common FAQ's

    1. How do I get replacement parts? Contact the distributor or Sign Shop where you purchased our products to get replacement parts.
    2. What should I do if I need replacement parts, but don't know where the product was purchased? Call Plasticade Customer Service at 800-772-0355.
    3. Are your products made from post consumer recycled materials? Our USA made rubber products are manufactured from post-process and post-consumer tire rubber.
    4. What is your warranty? Plastic products have a 30-day limited warranty and rubber products have a 1 year limited warranty. Both cover manufacturer defects only. Damage caused by improper installation, use, or care is the responsibility of the user. This warranty does not include replacement for normal wear and tear. This warranty does not extend to any non-plastic or rubber components that may be part of the products. If a product fails during normal use within the warranty period due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it at no charge.
      Please contact the distributor or Sign Shop where you purchased the product to ask for a replacement.
    5. Can I get high resolution photographs of your products? Yes, our Resource Library has links to download photographs of all of our products.
    6. Is there a date code on the product? Our products have an identification stamp with the month and year it was produced. Look on the bottom or interior of the product for a stamp.
